Make It Plain

Write the vision;
make it plain on tablets, . . .
If it seems slow, wait for it;
it will surely come; it will not delay.
Habakkuk 2:2-3 (ESV)

Personally I believe wholeheartedly in the Law of Attraction, the belief that whatever you most desire and think about most often is what you are sure to manifest. When I coach clients one on one, one of the the first questions I ask people is "What do you want?" You would not believe how often people stumble through a few random things, but unconsciously as the conversation progresses, begin to talk about desires and wants which are totally contradictory. Does it matter to me one way or another? Absolutely not. There is no right or wrong answer to defining what an individual can want out of life.

The problem is, however, that you can never get what you want out of life if you don't know what you want out of life. If we claim we want one thing because it "sounds like the right answer," we confuse the universe. We're saying one thing and thinking and doing something totally different. The only time we can attract what we truly want is when everything lines up.

The Bible says specifically to write your vision and make it plain. If you are clear about what you want to create in life and keep your intentions focused on it, those things are sure to come to pass. But, the first step must be to define the vision. Defining your vision can be by writing in a journal, creating a dream board or whatever else helps you get clear about your intentions.

No matter how you do it, just do it and watch things begin to line up for you! When you catch yourself thinking or doing something contradictory, SHIFT and focus on your vision! Remember that what you verbalize, you materialize . . . no matter what you may think you want!

Writing out your visions says a lot. It says you know what it is that you want, you believe in it, and you are confident in making it happen. Thinking it, speaking it, and then executing it keeps you focus on what it is that you want out of life.

Good Read.
